RFBT Mango Fest 2023 Social Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

a. The giveaway is open to all residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older.
b. Participants must have a valid social media account where the contest is held to enter.

Entry Requirements:

a. To enter, participants must complete the following actions. Each completed action(s) is equal to one entry.

1. Following our accounts on Instagram and Tiktok. (Each account counts as one entry. Existing followers automatically entered.)
Eligible accounts include;
- officialrealfruitbubbletea (Instagram)
- officialrealfruitbbt (Tiktok)
2. Comment and tag 3 friends in the contest post. each tag is an entry (Limited up to 3 entries per participant with this method)
3. Share contest post to participants 'story', tag us, and include the hashtag #RFBTMangoFest

Prize:

a. The prize details, including its value and description, will be clearly stated in the giveaway announcement.
b. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. The hosting organization reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection:

a. The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
b. The winner(s) will be notified through a direct message on the social media platform.

5. After notifying the winner, the winner will be required to answer a skill-testing question(s) in order to claim their prize
6. The winner(s) must respond within a specified timeframe to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Delivery:

a. The hosting organization will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize to the winner(s) within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Winner(s) must download and install the Real Fruit Bubble Tea app to claim the prize(s).
8. The prize will be delivered in the form of a digital gift card on the Real Fruit Bubble Tea app. A code will be provided to the winner(s) to redeem the giftcard.

Publicity:

9. By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and/or likeness by the hosting organization for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

Privacy:

a. Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Personal information will not be shared with any third parties without the participant's consent.

Liability:

a. The hosting organization is not responsible for any technical issues, malfunctions, or errors that may occur during the giveaway.

11. The hosting organization is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

Modifications and Termination:

a. The hosting organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

12. In the event of any dispute, the hosting organization's decision shall be final and binding.

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
